* Board accountability
* Financial disclosure and internal controls
* Shareholder rights
* Remuneration
* Market for control
* Corporate behavior
Other companies rounding out the top 20 include: American Electric Power, Baxter International, Colgate-Palmolive, Dover, Exxon Mobil, Gap, Home Depot, Integrys Energy Group, Kimberly-Clark, LSI, Lockheed Martin, NextEra Energy, Occidental Petroleum, PepsiCo, Ryder System, Sprint Nextel, Staples, Sysco and Xerox.
